Brainwashing at MISA

Time and again on this blog it has been pointed out that MISA followers are not in the habit of looking at reality OBJECTIVELY, as it is, but have formed the mental reflex to distort reality to fit the prejudices that have been inoculated into them within MISA courses and activities, which leads them to a SUBJECTIVE vision, through a phenomenon of self-delusion.
In fact, the very use of the term "MISA followers" (people who have adhered to the MISA doctrine) reflects this fact, in opposition with the term "yoga practitioners" that MISA uses. In reality, a genuine yoga practitioner aims for awareness as detached and objective as possible what he perceives as subtle sensations or thoughts, without interfering with them with preconceived ideas or through subsequent "adjustments". But "MISA practitioners" do not do this: they mentally analyze their subtle perceptions through some sui-generis spectacles placed before their mind's eye, whereby what they perceive is warped to match the pattern mentally what was inoculated to them before.
Also on this blog the ultimate proof of this claim about the warped view from MISA has been presented many times: whenever meditations or exemplifications are performed at MISA whose theme is known in advance, subsequent accounts abound and are in full "concordance" with the known theme. But when the theme is not known in advance (like for example in the case of contests of subtle perceptions), the accounts are very different (how many heads, so many opinions).
In fact, even MISA's notion of a "contest of subtle perceptions" is a form of mind-bending because it starts from the idea that what the guide "exemplifies" is real, beyond any doubt, and represents the standard to which individual perceptions are related.
The essential fact remains that the reports not only differ from the "standard", but are also very different from each other!
Another consistent piece of evidence is the change over time in MISA's focus on some issues. For example, in past decades that were marked by the importance of the oil industry and wars for supremacy on oil sources, at MISA the theory was widely promoted with the world Occult controlled by oilmen (the Bush family who made war in Iraq and wanted to subjugate Venezuela). At the same time, "green" renewable energy (wind, photovoltaic) was promoted and the electric car as a promise of salvation for humanity, but at the level of technology at the time, these were not yet feasible.
Meanwhile, both green energy in general and the electric car in particular came to the fore, but MISA rolled over and passed in the other camp, proclaiming "the benefits of oil and the bane of green energy", due to the imposition of the NetZero Green Agenda, perceived as the establishment of a global dictatorship. Moreover, in an effort to oppose the NetZero agenda, MISA has come to deny it the very motivation of this agenda - global warming - as this year, more than any other year, they boiled in ashrams and are about to get burnt out in the summer camp in Costinesti.
Moreover, MISA completely forgot that in the year 2010, MISA's prophet guru started a new program of preventing the apocalypse, starting from the predictions of the Virgin Mary of Fatima, about the Sun falling to Earth.
So, instead of being consistent and presenting the phenomenon of global warming as something that is produced by an intensification of solar activity, those from MISA deny this warming which has been evident since the beginning of the 90s, at a time when in our country it has drastically reduced the level of the water table in some areas of the country, which is unprecedented and cannot be the result of an occasional drought.
And a question: when did you hear about the thawing of the earth (permafrost) in Siberia and forest fires there?
Answer: never since the end of the ice age!
Another wake-up call was the change of heart about Russia. Initially, Russia was presented as a permanent danger to Romania (see the meditation with Kali initiated by Bivolaru in August 1991 on the beach in Costinești, to prevent the return to power of the Communists in Russia by the coup d'état in progress at the time, and also the threat of Russian invasion predicted by Istrati and read by Viorel Roșu before the spirals, as well as the more recent advice that spiritual retreat settlements be created in the western part of the Eastern Carpathians, to be sheltered from a possible Russian invasion).
Today, Putin's Russia is presented as the only chance to save humanity from the yoke of the Occult, and the MISA media exults to the Russian successes in the war (justified, they say) against Ukraine, which would bring the Russians to our shores!
So, those at MISA are denying a reality that they themselves once affirmed and which they now turn 180 degrees, according to a mental template that was inoculated to them through the ideological pirouettes of their guide.
To top it off, even the way this topic of "brainwashing" was treated at MISA was influenced by... brainwashing!
Although MISA once fully claimed that "brainwashing" exists (they even taught courses on the techniques of mind control from the CIA's MK Ultra project), now MISA has twisted and denies the reality of this phenomenon!
What is the cause of this new twist? "Brainwashing" is one of the arguments invoked by the organizations in France which oversees the phenomenon of sects and who reported the actions of MISA/ATMAN leaders to the French authorities.
And what is the easiest way to combat a thesis? Denying it, so they recently pulled a number of articles off the mothballs of friend Massimo Introvigne (published in August 2021 🔗 ), which now serve the needs of MISA!

Therefore, after MISA students were taught lessons about 'brainwashing' in the 'yoga course', about mind control and the MK Ultra project 🔗 🔗 and even watched a film 🔗 about a woman who claims to have been victim of this program and that she would have become a so-called "Manchurian candidate", the MISA management come out with this series of older articles denying all this, because that is what is needed now!

This leads to the next question: if brainwashing does not exist, then how do you explain the fact that those at MISA deny not only the obvious reality, but they deny their own "arguments" stated only a few weeks before which, culminating are MISA "the basis of the defense" in the French court? It's more than brainwashing, it's outright extirpation, it's lobotomy!
The other sects have false doctrines too, but at least their ideas don't clash so blatantly!
On closer examination, the ideas of other sects appear to be at odds with reality and the source from which they originate, but at least they do not contradict each other so obvious, at every turn! At MISA, however, once an idea has been affirmed, the statement that contradicts it also appears in a short time!
This implies either that MISA followers forget the next moment what they are being told, or that they are simply NOT AWARE what they are told! Their ears hear, but their minds do not record or process!
Brainwashing at MISA is not done by inoculating various separate ideas, but by inoculating a single fundamental idea-force:
"Everything that is said and done at the MISA is correct and true, because the spiritual guide and founder is one with God and cannot make mistakes!
Therefore, whatever we do and say is just and true, and through us God's will is fulfilled!
Just by the simple fact that we are in this course and follow the Guide without doubting it, we automatically evolve spiritually and will be surely saved!”
But this process of brainwashing at MISA is not carried out in isolation, but precisely under the conditions of access to the information network of the internet! There is at MISA a permanent bombardment of the follower's brain with selected information in the interests of the sect leaders.
But for this sectarian propaganda to be accepted in place of verifiable information, for delusion to be accepted instead of reality, it is necessary for the follower to choose for himself to swallow whole what the sect serves him and reject reality.
But what makes the MISA follower take for granted only what the MISA leaders serve him, even when they are contradicted by reality or especially when they contradict themselves?
There must be an inner conviction that everything that is said at MISA is a priori the pure and only truth. In fact, it is not about inner conviction, but about pleasant and convincing inner sensations!
Brainwashing at MISA is not done by torture but on the contrary, by PLEASURE! Through the "cosmic orgasm"!
Under the impact of the waves of sexual pleasure produced by (neo)tantric practices and manipulated by the yoga techniques taught at MISA, no wonder the adept is inclined to trust the thrills of intense pleasure he feels rather than external reality or in the information coming from outside. The problem is that inner sensations, amplified and even distorted by imagination, they are SUBJECTIVE, while external reality is actually OBJECTIVE, for it does not depend on individual vision or will.
The MISA follower trusts the illusory world he has created for himself to the guru's advice because he has repeatedly found that what the guru promised him, was fulfilled in his "inner universe".
The problem is that the guru's predictions have not come true in the outer universe, which is not under his or the follower's control.
As long as the MISA follower is content to live in the warm and pleasant universe he has created within under the guru's guidance, things seem fine to him. The problem arises when confronting the harsh reality outside. That is why the guru always tells them: "the others are demonic, the external world is controlled by satanic forces, only inside the school and in the inner universe is good and it is completely safe". So, brainwashing at MISA is done by:
♦ pleasure - which shifts the center of attention to the "inner universe" (an expression the guru always insists on).
It's not brainwashing by scrubbing with a rough, abrasive cloth, it's sui-generis braintickling!
♦ isolation - which is actually self-isolation - which is achieved with the large participation of the follower, by referring only to pleasant sensations and to subjective mental images and autosuggestions, rejecting outside information.
This isolation from the outside - both from concrete reality and from society - is amplified by the collective pressure of the rest of the followers ("you have to be the same as the others, the others are right because there are more of them, if you are different, there is something wrong with you" ).
That is why MISA insists so much both on the "divine states" (relating only to the "inside") and on their narration, as a form of collective pressure from others in the direction of conforming to the "word of God's Messenger".
Not coincidentally, MISA victims allege that efforts were made to convince them to accept sexual "initiation" by the MISA guru, by forcing them to watch the accounts of those who were before them at this "initiation".
♦ propaganda - against the backdrop of focusing exclusively on information disseminated within MISA and self-isolation, followers are bombarded with information selected according to the ideology of MISA and only access information that is in accordance with the ideology specific to the group, despite the contradictions that are often present within it.
Just kidding, it can be said that those from MISA are indeed right when they claim that brainwashing is not practiced in the "school" like at the CIA, but this very fact destroys all their argumentation so far: it's not about brainwashing through isolation and torture, it's about total brainwiping through pleasure, self-isolation, propaganda and pressure created by the opinion of others. So all those scholarly articles by Massimo Introvigne are irrelevant, because at MISA the horrors of the communist camps or of Cameron's MK Ultra laboratories did not happen 🔗
But while the communist-CIA brainwashing is done against the subject, through isolation, torture and drugs, brain tickling at MISA it is done with the group orgasmic participation of the subjects, through the drug of pleasure. Much less harsh, but more kinky!
While the CIA experiments produced "vegetables", the MISA experiment produced and still produces zombies , people who, although living with the body in this world, they are gone with their minds in another world.
In their desire to wash their image, the MISA people are also wrong in one respect: they claim that the French authorities' action against them is based on the social danger claimed by anti-sect activists, danger represented by the brainwashing of the victims that is carried out within the sects.
Perhaps the anti-sect activists also acted under the impression of this sectarian danger when they alerted the authorities, but further the actual charges in the file opened against the leader of MISA and his henchmen by the French authorities do not contain stories of CIA agents and brainwashed people, but concrete accusations of acts criminalized by the laws of the French state, committed by unwashed individuals. It remains to be hoped that the French courts will not be brainwashed, but clear-minded.
The Purpose justifies the manipulation
"Manipulation is evil in any situation, because it violates free will", and the beneficial and divine MISA pretends that it exposes manipulation and mimes that it fights relentlessly for the truth to triumph.

On the other hand, however, manipulation is a particularly powerful weapon in mind control, and as MISA is aware of how and which manipulation techniques work, why not use them to their own benefit? After all, the "divine" goal excuses the satanic means, says Machiavelli...
On this blog, over time, many of the methods used by MISA have been exposed both for the manipulation own followers, as well as for the manipulation of those around. Propaganda, the obsessive repetition of certain ideas, but mostly inducing all kinds of fears (fear of "demonic doubts", fear of deviating from the spiritual path or abandoning it, fear of Satanist Occult actions, fear of cataclysms, etc.) are just some of these methods.
The most obvious case is the one in which MISA uses precisely the manipulation techniques it claims to unleash.
In this post, two such recent examples of manipulation will be shown.
I. The first example is the manipulation regarding the actions launched by the French authorities against the organization and its spiritual leader.
In this case, MISA even "used" a disinformation manual that it posted on its own website.

The procedures most used in the disinformation process, without being too sophisticated, are instead extremely effective.
In a brief enumeration, they are:
➤ 1. Denial of the facts
A concrete example of misinformation from MISA: "Yoga practitioners have committed no abuse, no illegality!"
MISA statement: "Where are the "victims"? 🔗
"Starting from Tuesday, November 28, a large part of the Romanian press and international publications systematically circulate a huge amount of unfounded accusations and claims, based on so-called "investigative investigations" by some French journalists or on old items. None of the 26 alleged "victims" gave any statement against Gregorian Bivolaru or of any other person, none were considered 'exploited', 'abused', 'trafficked' or the victim of any 'rape'.”
The Disinformation Treaty further states:
Denial is only practiced, therefore, when the topic of disinformation is beyond the public's ability to know its reality. For this reason, instead of denying the facts, the misinformer will prefer to reverse the facts.
So because the public has no way of knowing what actually happened and tends to believe what the press says, but also because "who apologizes, accuses himself" and leaves the impression that he is running away from responsibility, MISA appeals - according to the manual - to
➤ 2. Reversal of facts:
A concrete example of disinformation from MISA: "We didn't abuse anyone, the police abused us!"

"However, they all complained about the inhumane treatment they were subjected to by the French police: they were given to sign a standard declaration form with fields already filled in; because they refused, they were insulted and threatened; finally, because the "victims" refused to "cooperate" and the police did not achieve their goal of obtaining incriminating statements, they returned their identity documents and literally left them in the street.
This is obviously an appropriate treatment for offenders, not for so-called "victims", who moreover are assumed to already be "traumatized" following the abuses they were subjected to."
Disinformation Treaty:
Remaining in the perspective that the public is more or less aware of the incidents (and so it would be unwise to lie to in the proportion of one hundred percent), we can scientifically mix the real with the fake.
Manipulators rarely resort to such extreme methods (denying facts or reversing them).
➤ 3. The mixture of truth and falsehood

The investigation into Bivolaru and MISA, which culminated in the multiple raid in November 2023, began with a report of July 2023 of MIVILUDES, which cited twelve testimonies of former MISA trainees. The Paris prosecutor's office then opened a judicial investigation."
➤ 4. Changing the reason
A concrete example of disinformation from MISA:
"There is no illegal act committed by MISA and its leader, everything is an action set up by the satanic elite to discredit them, stop their activities of promoting divine teachings"
MISA statement: "After almost 20 years, history repeats itself. Another concerted attack on the yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru and indirectly also against the MISA Yoga School" 🔗
On Tuesday, November 28, the French authorities launched a large-scale operation, similar to the extensive deployment of forces in "Operation Christ" from March 2004, when approximately 200 prosecutors, policemen, gendarmes, members of the special forces stormed 18 buildings in Bucharest inhabited by yoga practitioners.
As in Romania the aberrant accusation dismantled, it seems that the scenario is repeated and the same mechanisms are set in motion in France as well.
The absurd accusations circulated by the French press and picked up by the Romanian press are similar to those of 2004: rape, kidnapping, kidnapping, human trafficking (plus the comically ridiculous charge of "mind control").
This integral esoteric yoga school continues to be the largest in Europe despite constant attacks against it and the discrimination and persecution that MISA yoga practitioners still face.”
➤ 5. Change of Circumstances
A concrete example of disinformation from MISA:
"It was a disproportionate police action: 157 armed officers for 26 so-called victims.
The victims were treated like criminals, statements were taken from them. They were looking for girls, but there were only men. They looked for erotic video chats, but there were no video cameras and no internet. So the allegations are baseless."
➤ 6. Fading
This procedure consists in "drowning" the said fact in a mass of other facts that have nothing to do with it. Also, deliberate over-reporting is also a form of blurring.
A concrete example of disinformation from MISA:
"There have been such accusations against MISA before, in Romania, but they were all denied by the courts."
MISA statement: "After almost 20 years, history repeats itself" 🔗
"We remind you that the case from the Cluj Court in which 21 yoga practitioners were unjustly accused of human trafficking was based on only a few statements of so-called victims who were either threatened to be indicted or persuaded by prosecutors to sign some complaints with the promise that they will thus obtain huge sums as moral damages.
In the marathon trial in which the 21 yogis were dragged through the courts for 17 (!) years, not only were they all acquitted, but in addition the court refused the requests for moral damages for the so-called injured persons.
In other words, the facts of which the yogis were accused do not exist."
➤ 7. Camouflage
Camouflage is a variant of blur.
In this case, the misinformer will narrate the deed in the smallest details, attributing the positive role to one of the parties.
A concrete example of disinformation from MISA:
"The police had no mandate, they treated everyone as criminals, violated their rights, only allowed them biased lawyers brought by the police, they kept them in miserable conditions and in the cold to make the desired statements, but no one made any complaint and very few have given statements."
"The police confiscated their money and jewelry" , but MISA does not explain what all those people were looking for in France, how they earned their living, how many of these were "accommodated for free" by generous instructors or yoga students who owned houses with dozens of rooms..
MISA does not explain why, however, six people - including the spiritual leader Bivolaru - were detained by a judge's decision, while the others were released by the police "for lack of evidence".
MISA says that "there were no victims of sexual abuse and no victims of mental manipulation" , but does not explain the statement of Bivolaru in front of the court:
"He said he was 'endowed with extraordinary gifts' and was a 'spiritual leader,'" a police source said.
After they passed the "consecration" stage, the women "loved" him (made love) at his home, the source said that this what he has declared." 🔗
➤ 8. Interpretation
Without being denied, altered, blurred or camouflaged, the facts can be presented and commented upon in a favorable or unfavorable manner.
Having taken a position on a certain conjuncture, he will naturally endeavor to prove that he was right, to reveal only the incidents that confirm his point of view and to comment on them accordingly.
A concrete example of disinformation from MISA:
Always, when referring to students, the expression "yoga practitioners" is "used".
"The MISA students arrested, investigated or interrogated in France were only there to practice yoga for their spiritual evolution
(Was it necessary to move to France for that? What do they live on there?)
Everything Bivolaru does is for the benefit of the trainees, the women who had intercourse with him did so for their initiation in spiritual mysteries and received an affirmative answer to consecration from God himself!"
➤ 9. Generalization
One of the ways to reduce a party's responsibility is to demonstrate that he is not the only one in that situation.

"MIVILUDES focuses on "gurus who offer "sacred femininity" workshops or "discussion and meditation groups dedicated to women", where the risks of "psychological influence exerted on vulnerable female members" are higher.
Prior to the November 2023 arrest of Gregorian Bivolaru, three other yoga teachers were arrested in France on charges of of "abuse of vulnerability" ("abus de faiblesse"). 🔗
MIVILUDES has been monitoring yoga teachers since 2011, but recently moved yoga to the top of its list of "areas of infiltration."
They also identified those yoga teachers who "mix" different yogic systems, such as Kundalini or Tantra, with the ordinary and harmless 'sport' of yoga postures (asanas) as particularly interesting suspects." 🔗
In fact, the anti-sect organization justifiably suspects them, because they - like MISA - claim to teach "yoga at the gym", i.e. only exercises without religious connotation but, in reality, they do the opposite, seeking to attract people into religious practices which they do not inform in advance about it. Example: MISA teaches "esoteric yoga classes and is a spiritual school ".

How come one person's baseless accusations (who also admits that she "feels lost" and that she "isn't really functional") are credible and trustworthy, while the testimonials of thousands of former or current yoga students are not?” 🔗
In this statement, there is a statement that MISA always supports, but its falsity is evident from the statement itself:
MISA: "As I already explained, the yoga schools that belong to the ATMAN International Federation teach yoga according to the same program, which was originally developed several years ago by yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru, co-founder of MISA; however, this does not mean that all schools in the Federation are "affiliates" of MISA. They are independent schools established in compliance with the legal provisions of each country, having an independent organization and administration." 🔗
On paper, schools within the ATMAN Federation are independent, but on the other hand, it is obvious that ALL their leaders are still STUDENTS of MISA, because otherwise they would not be able to teach yoga according to the MISA curriculum, and if they did not keep the line imposed by MISA, their support and recognition would be withdrawn (see here 🔗 ).
This is the subtle mechanism by which all these organizations are coordinated by MISA and Bivolaru.
Conclusion:
MISA operates according to the manipulation manual that she also blames!

II. The second example is the unsuccessful attempt 🔗 by MISA to manipulate the courts in the case of the civil suit filed by the organization against the former student MC.
I will not refer to the unfounded accusations, lies and tricks of the case, which were presented on this blog in the series of articles: "With MISA in court", but precisely to the manipulation technique called " anchoring ", which is described by the former president of MISA in a series of articles published on the organization's website.

"However, such psychic influences can be effectively counteracted. Precisely for this, the judges must to find without delay that information which obviously contradicts the " anchor " and then they must take it into account.
But this always involves not only the defense presenting counterarguments to the prosecutor, but also the judge to try to find truthful counterarguments to the prosecutor's arguments himself, if he really wants to to fully compensate for the "anchor effect" produced by the prosecutor's plea. 🔗
As in this case it was a civil trial, the role of the prosecutor was fulfilled by the plaintiff, ie MISA.
MISA, COURT CALL REQUEST , 25.07.2022, signed by the former GA president:
"Therefore, the extremely serious statement that the MISA Association was founded on the basis of a false document is completely false and is likely to defame us, cause serious damage to our image and outline in the minds of readers the mistaken belief that the activities we carry out are outside the legal framework."
With the explicit intention of directing public opinion towards feelings of disapproval, contempt and even hatred against our association, the defendant clearly violated the provisions of the Civil Code."
What hatred, what explicit intention? It is about a trivial string of information taken from a DIICOT Indictment, which were then reproduced in posts, newspapers and news shows dating back to 2008! 🔗
After the demonization of the defendant, there follows the victimization and self-praise of MISA ("how wonderful we are!")
"The association has a socio-professional, philosophical, educational character, aiming to raise the spiritual level of people by promoting yoga theory and practices."
MISA:
" The gravity of his act is all the greater as it is likely to affect the freedom of the members and sympathizers of the applicant to publicly manifest their beliefs, freedom subordinated to the protection of the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion (art. 9 of the ECHR) because the defendant's action is limited to a real campaign, started by him in May 2020, of " harassment " of the MISA Association and implicitly of its members and sympathizers, by forming an obviously hostile public opinion ."
So the MISA problem was not the complained article, but the "harassment campaign"!
(MISA itself put the word "harassment" in quotation marks, that's how serious the action is...)
The defendant's posts (which debuted on the former ExMISA forum in April 2020) are called by MISA a "harassment campaign", but MISA did not take any court action over those posts (probably because it had no reason to).
Therefore, these are simply beliefs that the defendant is free (recognized by the ECHR) to express publicly.
Ultimately, MISA disputes the defendant's right to publicly express his beliefs on the grounds that they do not suit the organization!
It is a violation of the freedom of thought and expression which, at the top, it is MISA that invokes in its support!
MISA:
"Considering the above, it can be stated that there is an IMPERIAL social need for the defendant to be civilly sanctioned."
There is no social need, it is only the "need" MISA...
MISA, ANSWER to the OBJECTION formulated by the defendant:
"We add in this context that the undersigned has also filed a criminal complaint in relation to other illegal acts committed on the occasion the publication of OTHER articles on the blog www.exmisa.blogspot.com, facts which, however, wear the cloak of crimes ."
The alleged legal actions in connection with other cases have no connection with the present case.
Each case has its object and its judgment does not depend on other cases.
But it is implied by MISA that the defendant - claimed without evidence to be the author of the entire blog - is a dangerous criminal, who commits a lot of wrongdoing and must be stopped and punished and the blog removed.
From what has been presented so far, there is a first "anchor" that MISA sought to plant in the minds of the courts:
the defendant's act is very serious (even at the social level!) and he must be severely punished and stopped!
MISA:
”All this, added to the fact that the same comment from July 2020 (from the former ExMISA forum, the blog was not active then, na) was then later posted with his name on the television website of the subscriber-complainant (aspects proven with the attached documents to the subpoena request), I prove beyond doubt that the defendant is the user of the emacris internet account."
The records only prove that the defendant used that account on the former ExMISA forum, but not on other sites.
There is no "Internet account", meaning an account valid on the entire Internet!
It is an attempt at ordinary manipulation, which seeks to speculate on a possible ignorance of this fact by the court.
MISA:
"We conducted our own investigations and identified by our own means who is the author of the defamatory article."
This is another "anchor" planted by MISA, as if the author of all the anonymous articles on the blog is the defendant, but none of the courts accepted MISA's claims that the defendant is the author of the article, the blog and its Admin!
MISA:
"Through the indicated witnesses, I showed that we will prove that the defendant is the author of the complained article, because he is the author of the entire content of the blog, which he took over in full in 2021.
In addition to proving the quality of authorship of the claimed article, which will be achieved by administering all the evidence, we are now in a position to introduce new evidence."
After the closure of the forum www.exmisa.int.eu.org, which the defendant also activated in 2020 also through the emacris account, he took over the entire activity of writing the content of the blog www.exmisa.blogspot.com, aspect that we will prove through the witnesses, who know these aspects from the defendant himself."
This is another "anchor " placed by MISA:
"Witnesses will prove (eventually) that the defendant is the author of the entire blog " although, in the end, MISA could not prove not even the quality of the defendant author of a single article, they complained of!
MISA:
"At the same time, from the study of the said report, it emerges without any possibility of denial that the defendant is not indicated as the author of the statements discrimination carried out in the years 2011-2018 (the subject of the CNCD process, in which the defendant reached the position to be complained about, nn).
In this context, we reiterate the undeniable relevance of the fact, proven by the underwriter, that the defendant is the only person who could have replaced the discriminatory statements against Roma existing on the blog."
That is why it is most significant that in fact, by the defenses formulated in this chapter, the defendant does not combat in any way this evidence and the fact that it irrefutably proves the falsity of the prejudicial statements contained in his article."
MISA, written CONCLUSIONS :
"Regarding the testimony of the witnesses, [...] from what was stated it is clear that there were contacts between the two witnesses and the defendant both after May 2021, when the defendant's activity on the blog started, and after the publication of the article in May 2022."
One notices the repeated "use" of the expression "undeniable, undeniable" , that is, MISA's statements cannot be doubted, so they are true with absolute certainty, above all and beyond any doubt!
This is an abject, but at the same time childish and embarrassing attempt to sneak into the minds of the judges that MISA is absolutely right from the start and that the truth of her statements cannot and should not be questioned in any way . This is another "anchor ".
The folks at MISA tried these mind-suggestion Jedi tricks with the Court of Appeals as well:
"We consider that this solution (Decision from the Fund, nn) is not legal and well-grounded, being the result of misinterpretation of all the evidence administered in the case, which synergistically proved that the defendant is in fact the author of the article.
Thus, the plaintiff presented to the court documents and witness statements whose content, interpreted through corroboration, leads in reality without doubt to the conclusion that the defendant is in fact the author of the article in question.
In reality, with this statement the defendant admitted without a doubt that he wrote and posted the complained article.
For the witness, the issue of the authorship of the article was not debatable , being information of which the witness was sure .
In these circumstances, the conclusion of the magistrate is clearly wrong .
We also consider as biased the statement of the trial court, which casts a shadow of doubt about to the reality of what the witness declared, when he concludes that "the defendant did not confirm this meeting about which remembers the witness. From the discussion with the witness it is clear that the defendant assumes the content of the article, which he regards as real."
Therefore, not only was there room for denial , but the courts denied ALL of MISA's lies and insinuations!
Attempts to manipulate MISA proved to be embarrassing and losing because, in the end, the courts did not admit any among the accusatory statements against the defendant. The handlers ignored that these Jedi tricks only work in case weak minds (video 🔗 ), but they are not successful in strong ones (video 🔗 ):
"Everything we do is divine, because we received an affirmative answer to the consecration, from God. Everything we say is true without a doubt, others are wrong. We are always right, others are wrong!" (that's what crazy people say too!)
They even went to court with this matter, they have no sense of reality at all. MISA plays with people's minds, through which they try to achieve their goals, a fact that represents a violation of free will, as MISA also states.
The problem
with MISA is that most of what is posted on this blog is based solely on their
own statements and on their own actions which, put face to face, fight head to
head. Therefore, when they say that a statement of theirs is without doubt, and
after that they come up with the opposite statement, which of these is without
doubt?
Caragiale would say to those at MISA: "You can't get out of this
dilemma!"
